Job Description
This 12-month contract is an opportunity to be the creative and technical force behind Wayflyer’s global rewards strategy. As the first Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will help design, scale, and champion a total rewards framework that attracts, motivates, and retains ambitious employees. You will lead complex, global projects from concept to completion, defining the "why" and communicating the "what" of their compensation philosophy.
You will dive deep into the data to ensure their compensation remains competitive across all global markets, and partner directly with the leadership team to solve complex rewards challenges. You’ll champion compliance by running a full global benefits audit, ensuring every Wayflyer employee understands the full value of their total package.
