Job Description
As IntelyCare’s next Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, focused on driving platform usage and strengthening long-term partnerships. Your primary objective will be to renew and grow existing accounts by uncovering client needs, clearly communicating our value, and rebuilding trust with organizations that have previously partnered with us.
In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, expanding our client footprint, and reinforcing IntelyCare’s reputation as a trusted partner in healthcare staffing. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging previous clients, conducting outbound prospecting, rebuilding relationships with dormant accounts, and presenting tailored staffing solutions. The position requires collaboration with various teams, maintaining detailed records in Salesforce, and achieving revenue targets. Gathering feedback and participating in ongoing training are also key components.
