Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business development opportunities from initial intake through proposal submission.
- Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Develop proposal decks, budgets, scopes, and supporting client materials.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in a digital agency.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Tools:
- Figma, Google Workspace, Slack, Nutshell CRM, Airtable preferred.
- Canva and Claude as nice-to-have.
Compensation:
- Target hourly compensation is $40.00-$60.00, dependent on skill set, experience, and location.
