You’ll be part of Marie Curie’s Digital Marketing team, working within Marketing & Communications. Alongside Senior Digital Manager and Paid Media Executive, you’ll form a collaborative, high-performing team that drives innovation and optimisation across paid search and social. By growing online engagement, supporter acquisition, and income generation, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening Marie Curie’s financial sustainability and ability to reach more people at the end of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead paid search and paid social strategy, managing high-value budgets and delivering measurable ROI. Oversee and optimise campaigns in-house and with our media agency. Mentor and support the Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media), fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Drive integration of paid and organic search/social strategies to maximise impact. Use performance data and insights to inform strategy and future growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with GDPR and platform policies across all activities.
Key Criteria: Established experience as a senior expert in paid search and social. Proven success in developing and delivering impactful paid media strategies. Expert knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Experience managing significant budgets and reporting on ROI. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Drive for innovation and improvement.
