Job Description
The Business Development Representative (BDR) role serves as the entry-level role into a client-facing sales career at Remote, designed as your first look into how Remote sells its platform. The BDR team supports the sales teams by developing qualified leads for the Account Executives. Successful BDRs critically think and learn through coaching from their mentors, building upon and improving their skills.
In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, set up meetings for the sales team, and support sales efforts. Utilize outbound sales skills by leveraging cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messages, and more. You will clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs to see if there’s a good fit and educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
