Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop the internal knowledge database, ensuring employees have access to up-to-date, understandable, and practical information.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the document management system.
  • Prepare complex processes, guidelines, and technical content in a clear, practical, and target-group-oriented manner.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed degree or vocational training with solid experience in Customer Service.
  • Very good understanding of Customer Service processes and operational workflows.
  • Strong quality orientation and ability to present content clearly, consistently, and user-friendly.
