Job Description
This role as Regional Sales Manager involves providing direction and recommendations to support business operations pertaining to sales, and developing and implementing sales plans to accomplish company goals. Responsibilities include communicating with customers daily, meeting team targets and key performance indicators, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends affecting company sales. Also includes reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates, as well as assisting leadership in annual review, preparation, and administration of sales forecasts. You will represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products, deliver sales presentations to key clients, and prepare periodic sales reports. The position requires travel up to 50-75% of the time.
