Product Revenue Accounting Lead

Lead the accounting design and implementation of GoFundMe’s internal ledger system for global revenue and fund flows. Translate accounting policy (ASC 606) into system-integrated logic in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data teams. Collaborate on ledger architecture and ERP integration, embedding controls, automation, and reconciliation frameworks. Provide technical accounting guidance for new product launches and monetization models, assessing revenue impacts and ensuring GAAP compliance. Build scalable, SOX-compliant workflows to support accurate and timely revenue recognition across high-volume, multi-currency environments. Own and refine reconciliation and close processes, enabling clean audit support and strong operational controls.
