Recruitment and Operations Coordinator

Seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide. Conduct live reviews of incoming applications based on set qualifications. Perform manual checks and corrections for time discrepancies using ADP and FlexApp. Manage timekeeping and attendance tracking for approximately 140 employees.
