WHAT'S THE MISSION YOU'LL DRIVE:

  • Establish Addi as the trusted, indispensable financing partner for partners' customer base and growth strategy.
  • Maximize Gross Merchandise Volume and deepen Share of Wallet with top-tier retail Key Accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Achieve YoY GMV increase across assigned accounts via data-driven joint business plans.
  • Increase Share of Wallet by integrating financing into new, high-volume touchpoints like in-store self-checkout.
  • Onboard and ramp up new Key Accounts to achieve projected monthly GMV within first 60 days.
  • Co-design and execute seasonal promotional campaigns that deliver ROI based on incremental GMV.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-5 years in Key Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Enterprise Sales in Retail.
  • Proven track record launching new financial products into major retail environments with rapid adoption.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM and BI/Analytics tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional strategy and resolve commercial or operational blockages.
  • Expert negotiation skills for high-stakes contracts tying pricing to partner performance metrics.
