Loss Control Representative (Central Virginia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical surveys and investigate risk exposures and accidents to provide risk assessments and service for new and existing accounts.
• Consult with underwriters to evaluate account and risk acceptability, and develop service plans with recommendations.
• Build relationships with agents and customers, conduct training presentations in-person or occasionally on weekends.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in safety, loss control, risk management, insurance, claims, underwriting, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to work independently in a field-based territory with regular travel throughout Virginia.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range $67,000 - $110,000, with potential bonus based on performance.
