Vice President of Strategy & Operations

As Vice President of Strategy & Operations, you'll define and drive the strategic direction and operational execution of our core shopping business. Reporting to the SVP of Commercialization and serving as a business partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will instill focus, discipline, and accountability across Fetch’s largest and most strategically important business unit. This role shapes sales strategy, influences senior stakeholders, and ensures leadership stays focused on critical priorities. The ideal candidate will cut through complexity, deliver actionable insights, and guide confident decision-making. This leader will own and elevate critical business rhythms while supporting high-impact interactions with the Board, executive team, partners, and customers. Must be a world class strategic operator and builder with a proven track record of connecting vision to execution and raising the game of those around them.
