Responsibilities include B2B customer management, including after-sales support, loyalty, training and personalized high-quality care, telephone and email attention to B2B clients, management of additional products acquired by customers, coordination with other departments and areas of the company for the resolution and management of customer-related problems, and being action and results-oriented.
