Global Payroll Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end payroll cycles for US, UK, and Mexico employees.
• Optimize the use of Rippling and other payroll/HR systems, driving data integration.
• Lead future payroll system implementations or migrations.

Vendor Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll vendors.
• Drive SLA performance, compliance, and quality across all payroll partners.
• Maintain audit-ready controls and documentation.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Finance, People Ops/HR, Legal & Tax, and external advisors.
• Support cost-plus documentation and payroll forecasting.
• Administer benefits programs in the US and UK.
