Job Description

You will manage direct email and live chat correspondence with customers, helping them with website navigation, product questions, ordering and payment issues, and package tracking. You will assist the AU team in various tasks to ensure a flawless customer experience and provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. You will proactively raise ways to improve customer service and work with the team to implement those improvements. You should be available to work some weekend, night, and holiday hours as needed. The position starts on Monday, October 20th, and ends on January 9th, 2026.
