Operations Specialist - Execution & Enablement

As our Operations Specialist - Execution & Enablement, you will contribute to our operational excellence across dLocal's Payins network. You'll manage relationships with financial partners to boost approval rates, reduce costs, and lower latency. This cross-functional role involves collaborating with internal teams to accelerate merchant go-lives and ensure continuous operational improvements. You will execute day-to-day partner and processor operations, triage incidents and tickets, coordinate with Business Assurance, and support enablement by preparing pricing or SLA inputs. You will also assist with the fines and mandates process, provide merchant-facing operational support, monitor performance and routing dashboards, maintain the Partner Health Matrix, and ensure data accuracy and documentation currency. The role requires 3–5 years in payments/fintech operations or related fields, familiarity with payment flows, a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is required along with fluency in English.
