Job Description
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters. Execute and iterate on multi-channel recruitment and engagement campaigns. Develop systems for daily operations and team execution, ensuring work is aligned to KPIs. Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Support to improve user flows and accelerate lead engagement. Analyze and improve the lead funnel, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation. Help shape digital outreach efforts to drive provider action. Lead experiments to improve lead quantity and quality.
