Program Manager, SpringWorks

The Program Manager will drive and own ongoing program management of complex initiatives, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of launches and ongoing cross-functional initiatives with outcomes that delight the customer. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to serve as the operational SME and drive forward the build and delivery of foundational and new service areas, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Key responsibilities include driving the planning and overall success of key programs, building and maintaining high quality project plans, owning project progress, and deploying strong risk management strategies. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, monitoring KPIs, building actionable insights, and fostering a data-driven culture. Furthermore, the Program Manager will build strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless program execution and smooth integration of processes.
