Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure high-quality service.
- Work closely with the Client Services team and Patient Content team to support clinical trial materials projects.
- Organize and participate in meetings with clients, internal teams, and third-party partners.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a CRO, clinical trial environment, or related agency setting.
- Experience in clinical trial materials development and delivery is particularly relevant.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
