As a Senior GTM Engineer, you’ll be a key builder and architect within our Revenue Operations team - designing and scaling the technical backbone that powers how we target, engage, and convert prospects and customers across the entire funnel. You’ll design and implement intelligent automations, AI-driven workflows, and integrations that make our GTM teams smarter, faster, and more connected. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, RevOps Systems, and Data, acting as a system orchestrator across the buyer journey, powering top-of-funnel discovery, outbound plays, and expansion workflows that drive growth and retention. A core focus of this role will be operationalizing Huntress’ Data Enrichment Strategy and expanding Clay capabilities to deliver precise, signal-based GTM motions at scale. You’ll take enriched data and turn it into action: powering SDR workflows, triggering personalized experiences, and supporting pipeline generation programs that tie directly to revenue.
