Essential Duties:
- Delivers post-live training to providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff.
- Proactively develops training curriculum to account for recurring Athena releases.
- Provides pre-implementation and at-the elbow go-live support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Familiarity with extended medical terminology.
- Previous experience with an EMR or practice management system.
