What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end daily operations of the RTA function across all Lines of Business.
- Act as the primary source of truth for live operations, driving root cause analysis.
- Lead and develop a team of RTAs by establishing high performance standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading Real Time Analysts, Workforce Management teams, or live operations functions.
- Strong operational judgment with the ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure incidents.
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with deep proficiency in Google Sheets.
