Job Description
The Operations Support Associate will serve as the main point of contact for Imagen clients and clinicians, triaging and resolving calls, emails, and chats, tracking all issues in CRM. This role includes monitoring PACS and clinical apps for SLA compliance, troubleshooting image exceptions, demographic errors, and basic system issues, and facilitating provider communications. The associate will support clinicians in efficient use of Imagen applications and workflows, contribute to knowledge base documentation, and communicate daily with team members, escalating or suggesting workflow improvements. They will also demonstrate ownership of client issues and uphold confidentiality, collaborate with senior staff to deepen radiology workflow and application knowledge, and participate in weekly support meetings and ongoing process reviews.
