Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution in a fast-moving environment.
• Conduct thorough investigations and proactively spot discovery issues unique to each case.
• Develop and craft strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases while ensuring alignment with overarching national litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in at least one state.
• 5+ years of litigation and discovery experience required.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
