Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to support our global contingent workforce program. In this role, you will manage and streamline end-to-end processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management for non-employees, referred to as Twilio’s contingent workforce. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for global inquiries and collaborate closely with multiple teams, including but not limited to HR, Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors to drive process and adoption. You will utilize Beeline vendor management system (VMS), Workday, and ServiceNow to perform transactions and deliver operational support to employees and internal stakeholders. You will also own and manage the full lifecycle process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workforce resources. It is important to ensure data integrity within Beeline VMS and Workday by conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate workforce records.
