Role Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise support inbox, ensuring timely triage, response, and resolution of customer inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to Account Managers with clear context and maintain queue health through proper ticket routing and tagging.
- Investigate complex scenarios by reviewing past tickets and data to provide summaries and recommended next steps.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses 3+ years in client support, account operations, or enterprise environments, with veterinary experience as a bonus.
- Demonstrates strong written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort with various systems, using sound judgment for prioritization and escalation.
Compensation and Work Arrangement:
- This is an hourly position with a pay range from $28 to $45 USD per hour, varying by geographic tier within the US.
- While Roo is a remote-first company, the role is hybrid if based in San Francisco, otherwise it is remote.
