Job Description
The Operations & Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries via phone, text, and email. The Specialist will also manage calendars and schedule appointments and communicate with customers in an empathetic and professional manner during urgent service situations, relaying information to the plumber. The Specialist will handle invoicing and accounts receivable, track outstanding payments, manage and update customer information and sales pipelines in the CRM, and provide general administrative support.
