Senior Product Manager

You will drive both the vision and execution of the Deputy API platform and our Integration Marketplace. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategic partnerships to help create seamless experiences between Deputy and the HRIS, Payroll, Point-of-Sale and ISV platforms that our customers rely on every single day. You will combine technical acumen and strategic thinking with strong execution skills to help us accelerate growth and drive new partnerships for the Deputy platform. In this role, you will define and evolve the strategy and roadmap for Deputy’s API platform and integration marketplace, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and customer needs. You'll identify, prioritize, and deliver native integrations with key HRIS, Payroll, Point of Sale, and other workforce-related systems that unlock value for Deputy’s customers and partners. You'll work directly with our technology partners and third-party developers to define integration requirements, co-create solutions, and foster long-term partnerships. You'll also champion developer experience and promote a platform-first mindset across Deputy and the broader ecosystem, communicating the long-term vision of our API and integration strategy.
