Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Manager, M&A and Strategic Development to support the growth of our platform.
- This role will help execute mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic corporate development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support M&A transaction execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analyses.
- Manage sell-side divestiture processes for solar, storage, and hybrid assets.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Development, Finance, Legal, and Executive teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
- 4–7+ years of experience in renewable energy, investment banking, project finance, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
