Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the Benefits Operations chapter, reporting to the Senior Manager.
- Identify automation opportunities with Product and ensure fully compliant service delivery in collaboration with Legal.
- Effectively collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to support data integrity and business goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Has 5+ years of working experience with HR generalist and Benefits-specific expertise across multiple countries.
- Possesses operational experience, has managed small or medium teams, and has a customer-oriented, pragmatic approach.
- Is passionate about goals, quality, teamwork, and developing people, and can adapt quickly to a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
