Job Description
This remote position involves making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule preventative health screenings and assess healthcare needs. You will assist patients in making informed healthcare decisions and provide support with benefits and insurance information. You will need a High School Diploma or GED, strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to adhere to schedules and duties. You must demonstrate caring and compassion and provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports. You will be part of a team dedicated to improving healthcare experiences and outcomes and helping 1 in 3 Americans every day.
