Player Operations Agent

As an Ops Specialist, you will be accountable for conducting account verification, detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, processing player redemptions and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include the early detection and prevention of fraudulent accounts and suspicious transactions, reviewing transaction reports, conducting KYC procedures, ensuring document integrity, managing the payments operations process, assisting other departments with risk, fraud, and payments-related queries, collaborating with internal teams, providing accurate records, and reporting operational issues. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, be data-driven, proficient in Excel and BI tools, have experience with gaming accounts, understand customer support, and possess excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
