Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will answer and return all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include scheduling estimates for new installations and repair services and organizing and managing email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-ups. Further responsibilities are preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and permits, ensuring all 811 utility locate requests are current and properly documented, and accurately reading and interpreting site plans to support project planning and execution.
