Transportation Coordinator, Temporary (6 Months)

Scope of Work:

• Enter shipments into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and maintain accurate records.
• Track and trace shipments in transit, resolving issues and reporting on delivery timelines.
• Support complex Large Scale project shipments from import through delivery to customer sites.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of coordination or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.

Assignment Details:

• Hourly pay rate of $25.00 for this remote, 6-month temporary assignment.
• Employer of record is AppleOne; pay, timekeeping, and benefits provided through AppleOne.
• Continental U.S. candidates only; completion of background check and drug screen required.
