What You’ll Do:
- Onboard new team members with an emphasis on helping them learn their job role and connect with our culture.
- Design and facilitate training curriculum tailored to call center roles, including presentations, job simulations, role-playing exercises, web-based courses, videos, and other blended learning materials.
- Engage with team members and managers to assess on-going training needs on process, procedures, systems, and regulatory updates.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Training Specialists must hold an active CRCST or CST certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a surgical technician in multiple services (general, ortho, gyn, vascular, plastics).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile processing.
Compliance:
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable state laws and rules, federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the U.S. Department of Education, accrediting agencies, state regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate compliance requirements to other staff as appropriate and quickly escalate any compliance concerns to the Compliance department.
