Role Description:
- Own the design and facilitation of the CHW onboarding and ongoing training
- Create and maintain training materials that reflect real CHW scenarios
- Partner with CHW managers and field teams to identify gaps
Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of experience in training, education, or enablement
- Experience working with or closely alongside Community Health Workers
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to make training interactive
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English), with the ability to design, deliver, and adapt training materials effectively in both languages
- Proven experience developing engaging training content
