Own core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and compliance tracking. Support benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries with clarity and empathy. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., Rippling). Assist in the rollout of company-wide programs (e.g., performance reviews, engagement surveys). Partner with the People team on process documentation, policy updates, and internal communications. Contribute to a positive and inclusive employee experience through thoughtful, proactive HR support.
