Job Description
The Business Strategy & Operations community conducts critical strategic, data and operational projects. There are four main components to the work the community does: Sales strategy and planning, Sales effectiveness, tools and processes, Sales enablement, and Business segments leadership. The scope of the role is within the sales effectiveness area and scope is Global (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
The Sales Effectiveness team is responsible for the sales team efficiency and therefore a key aspect of the company P&L: our customer acquisition cost.
The role includes: Spending significant time on the field to identify gaps in our sales process, Designing / enhancing existing processes by removing steps, increasing automations, Identifying new tools or technologies to answer challenges, test, validate and implement them, and Ensure proper change management. You will mostly leverage low-code tools, AI, CRM (Salesforce), SQL & other tools to deliver those initiatives.
