Job Description

As the Senior Equity & Compensation Analyst on the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of global equity programs, including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations, ensuring accurate and timely processing and data integrity in platforms like Carta. Support the design, analysis, and enhancement of new and existing equity vehicles and compensation plans, including plan design documentation and modeling. The role requires you to prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc equity and compensation reporting for various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. Further responsibilities include providing guidance and responding to employee inquiries regarding equity plans, vesting, and eligibility, developing clear and effective employee communications. Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing roles using competitive compensation data sources to inform plan design, assist with the annual compensation review cycle, and collaborate on process improvement initiatives to scale and automate compensation and equity operations.
