Be a client advocate driving product performance and adoption, leading to ultimate customer satisfaction. Monitor the services being delivered to clients and take action where required to enhance overall product and operational delivery. Responsibilities include client relationship management, service performance and quality assurance, incident and problem management, and coordination with business, technical, and product teams.
Develop service delivery processes and standard operating procedures, identifying areas for automation. Provide regular updates to senior management on service delivery performance and improvement initiatives. Support client product adoption and growth, developing strategies to enhance the long-term quality and scalability of service delivery.
