Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the end-to-end business process owner for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) across Gas Power Services, driving process design, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain the CLM process strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, compliance, and productivity targets.
- Lead governance, stakeholder communication, and change management to drive adoption and value realization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, or Process Excellence with deep understanding of Gas Power commercial processes.
- Executive communication skills and ability to influence across functions and regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with business process transformation and operating model design.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms such as NEX, CPQ, and ERP systems.
