About the Role:
- You will own the strategy and roadmap for Zipline's core platform serving over 620,000 frontline workers.
- You will report to the SVP of Product and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver business impact.
What You'll Do:
- Lead product prioritization and translate company strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Develop your team through coaching and fostering product thinking and accountability.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $230,000–$290,000 CAD, with equity and comprehensive benefits.
