Contracts Manager

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of technology agreements to help finalize deals with third parties and meet product release timelines. Update and maintain templates and other related resources. Maintain the system of records of all contracts ensuring conformance to established guidelines and best practices. Advise to ensure that use of third-party technology aligns with product and company business processes and policies. Review existing strategy and agreements to determine the appropriate renewal strategy. Coordinate the day-to-day activities required to deliver a high-quality product on time.
