Job Description
The Specialist II, Alumni Coordination will provide operational and research support to the Alumni Relations team. This role focuses on ensuring accurate execution of alumni engagement initiatives. The coordinator will play a critical role in supporting strategic programs by handling heavy research tasks and maintaining organized workflows that enable informed decision-making.
Role and Responsibilities include research management, operational support, and collaboration. Research Management includes conducting alumni-related research, maintaining documents for alumni programs, and incentive tracking. Operational Support includes overseeing tasks for alumni initiatives. In addition, managing communication with external vendors. Collaboration requires working closely with the Director and team members to support strategic alumni engagement goals.
