What You'll Do:
- Triage and manage customer support tickets.
- Execute support workflows and follow SOPs.
- Help resolve common support requests.

- Learn Simbe’s core customer support workflows quickly.
- Take assigned tickets from intake to next action or resolution.
- Help expand the team’s day-to-day support capacity.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support operations.
- Strong experience working in Jira or similar ticketing.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
