Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Client Dispute Manager or similar CRM preferred.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and English communication skills.
Work Schedule:
- Contracted hours: 30 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST.
- Remote independent contractor engagement with weekly payments.
