Director, GTM Enablement

Vanta's GTM Enablement team is scaling, having tripled in size over the past year. The company is looking for an experienced Director of GTM Enablement to lead the development and execution of a world-class skill and field enablement program for global GTM teams. This role involves scaling and optimizing training programs, driving curriculum strategy, and ensuring alignment between enablement, GTM segment team priorities, and field execution. The role also oversees a global team of GTM Enablement Managers and partners cross-functionally to ensure Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams are fully equipped. Responsibilities include leading the strategy and execution of training programs across global GTM teams, designing enablement curriculums, managing an Enablement Managers team, delivering learning experiences, and collaborating with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership teams.
