Safeguarding leadership in EC responses:
- Lead safeguarding design and implementation for EC activations.
- Conduct rapid safeguarding risk assessments for emergency contexts.
- Deliver safeguarding induction and regular training for EC teams.
Systems strengthening and preparedness:
- Develop and adapt safeguarding systems, tools, protocols, and procedures.
- Drive innovation in safeguarding reporting, feedback, and referral systems.

- Strengthen cross team communication and trust.
- Serve as a bridge between Safeguarding, EC, and operational teams.
