Reporting:

  • Leads the development, implementation, and ongoing production of robust programmatic reporting across all functions within programs.
  • Collaborates with finance to develop and monitor spenddown reports across funders to assist the Vice President to adjust programming and support strategic growth.
  • Reviews and edits regular reporting to key government and foundation funders to ensure compliance with grant requirements and strategic objectives.

Compliance Monitoring:

  • Coordinates compliance monitoring and program assessment protocols and tools across legal and psychosocial programs staff and KIND’s data operations team.
  • Partners with the Vice President to develop and maintain organizational standards for quality and performance.
  • Utilizes reporting to assist the Vice President in solutions-oriented support for field office programming.

Program Development:

  • Provides analysis and strategic considerations to the Vice President, in the initial review and mapping of new strategic efforts with KIND’s Development team.
  • Provides review of renewal funding proposals from the KIND development team.
  • Assists with the annual application process, coordinating proposal drafting, internal review, and cross-departmental collaboration within programs.
