Staffing/PEO Relationship Manager (Remote)

The Staffing/PEO(Professional Employer Organization) Relationship Manager will manage business relationships, prioritize business needs and facilitate supporting Employer Services Staffing and PEO clients and new business. Success will prove out with being the client's advocate with an insightful professional drive to provide superior customer experience and potential for growth. Detailed business knowledge and experience in Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment Cost Management, Tax Credits, or other HR Compliance) sales or related industries. You will maintain ongoing contact with clients and develop an understanding of client environments and processes to identify existing and potential applications for Experian Employer Services products and services and prioritize client requests and utilize proper support mechanisms. You will support renewal of existing business and retention strategies using insights regarding data usage and ensure usage at projected levels and inform and educate clients on new and existing projects. You will report to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management.
